All donations made through the Rizq Cares Foundation platform are final. Once a donation transaction is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded.
In the rare event of a technical glitch, such as a double deduction from your account, please contact us within 7 days at rizqcaresfoundation@gmail.com with your transaction details. We will investigate the issue and process a refund for the duplicate transaction if verified.
If a specific campaign is fully funded or cancelled, Rizq Cares Foundation reserves the right to redirect your donation to another active campaign with a similar charitable purpose. Refunds will not be issued in such scenarios.
